A trust-wall grid of abstract, generated marks that physically settles into place: each tile drops in from lifted/shrunk/tilted with a per-item stagger and a slight spring overshoot, triggered on viewport entry and replayed if the wall leaves and re-enters view.
Use when a logo/trust-wall grid whose marks should visibly settle into place on scroll reveal rather than a static grid or a plain fade; the marks here are abstract generated glyphs, not real brand logos — swap in real assets via the `marks` prop for production use.
